Job Description

Responsibilities:

AQ Services is a mystery shopping, coaching & training company with a growing portfolio of large scale international accounts. The incumbent shall plan and manage the resources and the objectives of the operations to ensure the delivery in line of the client objectives, maintain high quality client servicing, must have passion in service and to meet company business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure running of operations team(s) within the organization
  • Interface & communicate with other departments, business development, project implementation, operations solutions and as well as any potential and business issues.
  • Control manpower planning and operations cost whilst managing value for clients
  • Manage key accounts; build client relationship through providing regular feedback and periodic operations review with clients to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with staff regularly to ensure alignment of objectives and effective workforce
  • Ensure execution and comprehension training program is in place with structured program for all employees from new staff to long-term staff
  • Ensure SOPs are in place for all process and that regular auditing of all functions against the SOPs towards full compliance takes place
  • Manage all elements of staff and resource planning – Attendance, recruitment, resource planning, skill development and performance appraisal
  • Work closely with the business development department to develop and execute sales/business development strategies

Requirements:

  • a Bachelor degree (min.) and is required to be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • 5 years+ relevant experience in (operations) management and training
  • Hands on management style and excellent communications skills
  • Strong performance oriented with high levels of drive and energy
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently as well as lead a team in a fast- moving environment
  • a positive and pro-active attitude and a willingness to learn multiple computer systems/ software.
